In our standard apartments, w provide full basic equipment. If you are interested in a fully equipped apartment, our Home Staging company can help you – they will suggest, purchased, deliver and set up everything in a good place!

Yes, in our offer we provide part of unfurnished apartments.

No, the contract is concluded directly by the tenant with an internet supplier.

Rental agreements are signed for a minimum period of 12 months.

Our lease agreement is in the form of institutional rental agreements. We require as an attachment to the contract signed special notary deed, which will be effect only in not paid of rent cases. Contact us to get more details!
