Fit-out works in the common parts in the LivUp building located at ul. Puławska 186 in Mokotów, Warsaw, are completed. Amenities available to tenants living in the 206 apartments located in the 16-storey LivUp building have been supplemented by a gym and a club room. The latter can be used both for entertainment purposes and for learning or working remotely. In the fitness zone, residents can use a treadmill, weights and yoga mats. LivUp is planning to organize ongoing yoga classes with a professional instructor. The club room, on the other hand, offer comfortable sofas where residents can relax by watching a good movie, invite their friends for a birthday party or use the co-working space.
